Estas próximas horas son las mas poderosas para manifestar y conectarte con todas esas energías universales de un ciclo que se cierra en este segundo Mercurio Retrogrado del año al mismo tiempo que se da paso a un nuevo comienzo a través de una Luna Nueva también conocida como Luna Negra.

- 1- Haz una meditación guiada que ayude a calmar tu mente. Si no sabes meditar o sientes que todavía no es lo tuyo. Solo cierra tus ojos, tomas siete respiraciones profundas, enfócate en tu cuerpo y visualiza el aire que respiras como una energía de color blanco, visualiza como esa energía llena tus pulmones a profundidad, aguanta la respiración por tres segundos, deja salir el aire y visualiza como esa energía blanca sale de tu cuerpo acompañada de tus más grandes preocupaciones.
- 2- Toma una hoja de papel y escribe esas cosas, hábitos, situaciones, o personas que dejas ir, que sueltas, y dejas en el pasado, esas anclas emocionales que te han mantenido en el mismo lugar sin crecer o evolucionar. Enumera todas las que quieras, y establece la intención de aprender lo que tengas que aprender de todo eso que ya paso, y de una vez por todas dejar todo eso atrás. Si eso que sabes que debes dejar atrás no lo puedes hacer de un día para otro, establece hoy el día en el cual eso o ese alguien no te afecta mas emocionalmente y abres el camino para que eso o ese alguien siga su camino en armonía.
- 3- En otra hoja de papel: Establece tus intenciones para estos nuevos capítulos. Algunos ejemplos:
- Abro mi mente y mi corazón a nuevos caminos y nuevas oportunidades.
- Me mantengo presente en todo momento, lo cual me permite detectar todas esas oportunidades que se me presentan a diario para crecer y transformarme.
- Todo se alinea en mi vida para abrir los caminos y cumplir mis metas y mis objetivos.
- Veo como se manifiestan en mi vida todas las personas que tienen propósitos positivos de progreso y evolución.
- Doy gracias porque las cosas, las personas, las situaciones, los hábitos que ya no pertenecen en mi vida se alejan, no vuelven y siguen su camino en armonía perfecta.
- 4- En la noche, en una sartén o un envase resistente al fuego, coloca la hoja de papel donde enumeraste todas esas cosas que dejas ir, que sueltas, que dejas en el pasado. Enciende esa hoja y a medida que la llama se hace mas intensa, visualiza como esas cosas que enumeraste abandonan tu vida y ya no te causan una carga emocional. Apaga la llama con un poco de agua, y deja ir todas esas cenizas por el inodoro. Ve como desaparecen ante tus ojos.
- 5- Luego, haz otra meditación guiada o simplemente, cierra tus ojos, tomas siete respiraciones profundas. Durante la meditación o la respiración profunda, enfócate en tu cuerpo, visualiza y siente como cada una de esas intenciones ya es una realidad, siente como ya son un hecho. ¿Como es esa nueva vida? ¿Quiénes forman parte de ese nuevo camino? ¿Qué experiencias estas viviendo? ¿Qué te hace sentir todo eso?
- 6- Sonríe, y en la parte de atrás de tu hoja de intenciones. Enumera todas las acciones que deberás realizar para que todo eso que visualizaste se haga realidad.
Recuerda, para manifestar es importante:
- Visualizar
- Sentir
- Tomar acción masiva
Es hora de darte la bienvenida a esa nueva vida que YA estas manifestando.
